Our mobile disinfection units are designed to bring superior room disinfection to the forefront. Housed within stainless steel, these units feature mounted stainless steel pressure vessels, allowing for seamless movement between rooms. The units hold the disinfectant solution, which our atomisers release into the space with remarkable efficacy and power. The high-pressure atomisation process ensures thorough coverage of all surfaces, including hard-to-reach nooks and crannies, unlike traditional manual methods. Jasca offers 2 variants of mobile disinfection units: the JD-2 equipped with two atomizers and the JD-4 boasting four atomizers.

Precision atomisation

Our atomisers use compressed air to transform the solution into an incredibly fine mist. This fine mist evaporates rapidly, even when emitted at short distances from the atomiser. Rigorously designed and tested, our atomisers stand the test of time, delivering durable and reliable performance. Premium materials such as stainless steel and Teflon underscore their quality. The disinfectant from Jasca’s atomising technology system uniformly disperses itself in still air, settling shortly after release. This dynamic interaction propels and mingles the room's air effectively, even at low air velocities, ensuring that moisture is seamlessly integrated with a substantial volume of air.

Mobile disinfection: covering vast spaces

Crafted from stainless steel, the unit consists of two plastic vessels – one for disinfectant and the other for regular tap water. A dosing pump within these vessels directs disinfectant to 10 to 15 atomisers. The area covered depends on the number of atomisers and can encompass up to 1,000 cubic meters.

With the mobility of our disinfection unit, precision is at your fingertips. The unit operates seamlessly through its automatic three-stage process: disinfect, soak, and rinse.
