PRECIPITATION

your innovator in the food-industry

Creating fog-like precipitation

Atomisers generate tiny droplets that begin to descend shortly after their release. These droplets interact vigorously with the surroundings, inducing turbulence. The forceful movement stirs the air in the environment, facilitating thorough mixing. This dynamic process occurs at low air velocities. Despite this, atomisers blend moisture with a significant volume of surrounding air, resulting in lingering droplets forming a fog. The outcome is a delicate mist that provides optimal conditions.

Legionella prevention

Jasca’s control box's PLC includes a standard legionella prevention protocol for atomisers. This procedure can also be pre-programmed at every relative humidity setting and time interval. Further, this procedure can be applied to the piping as well. Atomisers and pipes operate independently of each other during a pre-programmed time unit, yet both intervals are fully adjustable.

Annual legionella assessments by Jasca’s technicians are recommended.

"We are pleased that we can now guarantee our clients constant quality even during the summer months. The disappearance of the steam boilers also brings us a monthly energy saving in gas of about 29%. And our water consumption fell by as much as 86%. Because with Company's cold water misting system, our consumption fell from 132 m3 to 17.4 m3 per month."
